This was taken in my garden this afternoon. I know many people detest dandelions, and consider them as weeds. I, however, think they deserve more respect.

Nicely timed.. its always hard to capture creatures when they're moving fast, like this ant.
I cant help but feel that the flower could be a little more saturated, and a little brighter.. but otherwise its a nice composition, nicely framed :)

Thank you. I see your point about the saturation. I don't think there was direct sunlight on the flower though, so it wasn't as bright as it could have been. Perhaps I should try it again when there is more direct light.

Dandelions are beautiful, this shot is so vivid, with the yellow. & I adore the little ant in it, great capture :)

Thank you! Actually I have to admit that I didn't even notice the little ant until I uploaded the pic to my computer. I like the way it came out though.
